Personality development is the most essential part in every one's life, let me explain 1st about personality...this word has been taken from the Latin word 'PERSONA'.The meaning of Persona means 'masks' which were used by the stage artists.
Similarly in our life we're playing several roles like the role of a brother, sister, mother, father, friend etc. and all these require different personas.'Developed personality' means how many personas do you have and how faster can you change.
