The youth today are really heaving a lot of dreams in

their minds

they are really heaving the zeal as well as the power

to turn

impossible, possible. It’s good to see that there

are many

youngsters doing many things for the society like

they are

opening many NGO’s, campaigning against the

wrongs fighting

against the evils of society, forcing the people

to fight for

their rights and the list goes on and on and on.

As more than half of the world’s population is

youngsters so

obviously the things which they do becomes the

fashion or

even if not fashion then at least it becomes

too popular

such that it spreads too fast especially amongst

the youngsters.

In this whole scene of popularity there’s one

thing which

plays a great role and that one is communication.

Communication’s

main role in seen as such everywhere but mainly

in the youth

just because they are too curious to know and

adopt everything

which is in trend and the result is-

1. Use of slang languages

2. Transfer of the information or everything in

fashion

3. The youth today is much aware than the elders

Seeing the efficient network of the youngsters the

companies

are also trying to make full use of this network

and the result

is that we are able to see so much youth oriented

advertisements, channels, products, and services.

This is all

just because the companies know that in youths the

thing which

works the most is mouth publicity so if you are able

to attract

youth then half of your work is done. Today’s world is

truly youth oriented and even if it’s not than it’s soon

to become

that. We can proudly say that youth oriented books,

channels,

programs, products etc are all a part of this.

People today curse them for that but they should even

see the

lighter side of the fact that it’s good for the society

because the consequences of such a great human network

the youth will be very beneficial for the country,

world and

then above all ‘The society’. So it’s all in the

minds which

side you want to see darker of the lighter.

Personality development is the most essential part in every one's life, let me explain 1st about personality...this word has been taken from the Latin word 'PERSONA'.The meaning of Persona means 'masks' which were used by the stage artists.

Similarly in our life we're playing several roles like the role of a brother, sister, mother, father, friend etc. and all these require different personas.'Developed personality' means how many personas do you have and how faster can you change.
